Education and Sport: Part Three

“This is getting silly now. Part Three? Give us a break Ibrahim…”
Come on… there has been much to discuss! Anyway, London 2012 was a massive success and Great Britain performed very well in the Olympics and the Paralympics, winning plenty of medals!
While the Team GB Victory Parade was taking place in September, Andy Murray was battling against Novak Djokovic in the US Open Final. An amazing summer of sport for Great Britain got even better when Murray held his nerve to edge out the Serbian in a tense and thrilling encounter. He had finally won a Grand Slam! It was a remarkable victory, capping off a memorable year for the British number one. The future is bright for Andy Murray. Will he be able to go one step further and become Wimbledon Champion next year?
This concludes an exciting trilogy on education and sport. However, there is one thing I haven’t mentioned. It certainly won’t be talked about here as it definitely warrants its own blog post. Any ideas? I’ll give you a hint. This is something that I have been looking forward to for a very long time…
